CCSB 2016 is devoted to the advancement of computational and systems biology. Computational biology involves the development and application of data-analytical and theoretical methods, mathematical modeling and computational simulation techniques to the study of biological, behavioral, and social systems. Systems biology is the computational and mathematical modeling of complex biological systems. The scope of CCSB 2016 covers both theoretical and practical areas of computational and systems biology; Fields of interest include, but are not limited to the following: sequence analysis, structure of biopolymers, molecular evolution, genomics and proteomics, biocomplexity and biological systems/processes, bioalgorithms, and applications.
CCSB 2016 will be a valuable and important platform for inspiring international and interdisciplinary exchange at the forefront of computational and systems biology. The Conference will bring together biomedical researchers, mathematicians, computer scientists, and engineers from all over the world, and we hope that you will take this opportunity to join us for academic exchange and visit the city of Beijing.
