《中國心血管病報(bào)告2019》指出,全國心血管病現(xiàn)患病人數(shù)2.9億,我國慢性病導(dǎo)致的死亡人數(shù)已占總死亡人數(shù)的88%，今后10年,心血管病患病人數(shù)仍將快速增長,高于癌癥。同時(shí),慢病人群心理問題伴發(fā)率極高,心理健康的僅有5.1%。慢病人群中有50.1%的人存在不同程度的心理問題傾向。2019年《中國城鎮(zhèn)居民心理健康白皮書》顯示,73.6%的城鎮(zhèn)居民處于心理亞健康狀態(tài)。我國目前面臨兩大社會(huì)難題，一是總體人均醫(yī)療資源不足，2019年千人醫(yī)生數(shù)僅1.79人，二是老齡化問題突出，2019年65歲及以上人口占比高達(dá)12.6%。老、中、青都面臨著各自的醫(yī)療困境。健康中國”上升為國家戰(zhàn)略，從以“治病”為中心向以預(yù)防為中心轉(zhuǎn)變，勢(shì)在必行。預(yù)防疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展，緩解現(xiàn)有基層醫(yī)療資源的不足，同時(shí)通過降低社會(huì)醫(yī)療健康成本，提高居民福祉。
