羅欣 (Xin “Robert” Luo)，博士，現(xiàn)任美國新墨西哥大學(xué)（The University of New Mexico）安德森管理學(xué)院校董事會榮譽教授(Regent’s Professor)和管理信息系統(tǒng)和信息安全保障的終身副教授。目前是全球最頂級的管理信息系統(tǒng)期刊MIS Quarterly的客座副編輯，同時也擔(dān)任全球知名期刊Decision Sciences, European Journal of Information Systems, Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research及全球信息系統(tǒng)最高學(xué)術(shù)年會(International Conference on Information Systems)的副編輯。 羅欣博士的主要研究興趣主要在信息系統(tǒng)安全管理，電子商務(wù)/移動商務(wù)，創(chuàng)新性技術(shù)用于戰(zhàn)略決策和開發(fā)（云計算，綠色信息系統(tǒng)，電子健康，社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)），跨文化信息技術(shù)管理。羅欣博士在同行審閱的國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊、書籍和會議錄上出版超過90篇科研報告。他的科研論文在國際頂級或著名的期刊發(fā)表，如Computers & Security, Communications of the ACM, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems。
