徐開凱，男，電子科技大學，副教授；加州大學歐文分校博士（2014），四川省入選者（2014）。現(xiàn)任國際電氣電子工程師協(xié)會納米技術委員會納光學、納光子學、納光電子學委員會主席(the Chair of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council Nano-Optics, Nano-Photonics, and Nano-Optoelectronics Technical Committee)，美國光學學會光子學與光電子學學部激光系統(tǒng)專委會副主席(Vice Co-chair, the OSA Photonics and Opto-Electronics Division, Laser Systems Group)，國際電氣電子工程師協(xié)會電子器件學會光電子器件委員會成員(Member of the IEEE Electron Devices Society Optoelectronic Devices Committee)，國際電氣電子工程師協(xié)會電子器件學會執(zhí)行委員會成員(Member of the IEEE Electron Devices Society Board of Governors & Forum)。 現(xiàn)任光電領域國際知名刊物（SCI檢索期刊）編委：國際光學工程學會（SPIE）旗下Journal of Nanophotonics編委，國際信息顯示學會(SID)旗下Journal of the Society for Information Display編委，Journal of Optoelectronics and Advanced Materials，以及愛思唯爾(Elsevier) 旗下Microelectronics Journal編委。 獲11th International System-on-Chip (SOC) Conference, Exhibit, and Workshops最佳論文獎、Journal of Applied Physics“優(yōu)秀作者”稱號、四川省特聘專家稱號。
