2018全球智能工業(yè)大會暨全球創(chuàng)新技術成果轉移大會暨博覽會宣傳圖
大會背景：
隨著信息技術的迅猛發(fā)展，以信息化、工業(yè)化深度融合為方向的科技革命席卷而來，智能工業(yè)正成為我國各地發(fā)展先進制造業(yè)的主攻方向。
2015年5月我國出臺了《中國制造2025》，明確提出分“三步走”，對我國制造業(yè)轉型升級和跨越發(fā)展作了整體部署。黨的十九大報告進一步指出，加快建設制造強國，加快發(fā)展先進制造業(yè)，推動互聯網、大數據、人工智能和實體經濟深度融合，在中高端消費、創(chuàng)新引領、綠色低碳、共享經濟、現代供應鏈、人力資本服務等領域培育新增長點、形成新動能。
在此背景下，由中國工程院主辦，中國工程院信息與電子工程學部及中國光學工程學會承辦，并聯合國內外相關單位和行業(yè)協(xié)會定于2018年5月22日至23日在北京亦創(chuàng)國際會展中心舉辦“國際智能工業(yè)高端論壇，重點并圍繞智人工智能、智能無人系統(tǒng)、智能制造、新能源汽車、工業(yè)機器人、智慧城市等領域開展交流。大會以“跨界創(chuàng)新，互聯融合”為理念，構建一個多元、開放、創(chuàng)新的全球性共享平臺，匯聚世界智能工業(yè)有識之士、專家學者、業(yè)界精英，創(chuàng)建全球智能工業(yè)大會合作發(fā)展新機制，探索智能工業(yè)發(fā)展新模式、增強經濟發(fā)展新動能，引領全球資產革命新時代。論壇期間，還將召開中國工程院期刊《Engineering》 智能工業(yè)專題編委會會議，并出版智能工業(yè)專刊。

中國工程院
中國工程院是中國工程技術界的最高榮譽性、咨詢性學術機構，由院士組成，對國家重要工程科學與技術問題開展戰(zhàn)略研究，提供決策咨詢，致力于促進工程科學技術事業(yè)的發(fā)展。中國工程院的主要任務是促進全國工程科學技術界的團結與合作，推動我國工程科學技術水平的不斷提高，加強工程科學技術隊伍和優(yōu)秀人才的建設與培養(yǎng)，為國民經濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展服務。
中央軍委科學技術委員會
中國共產黨中央軍事委員會科學技術委員會，簡稱軍委科技委。2016年1月組建。是軍改后中央軍委15個下設職能部門之一，屬于三委之一。 主要職責是加強國防科技戰(zhàn)略管理，推動國防科技自主創(chuàng)新，協(xié)調推進科技領域軍民融合發(fā)展。1982年7月，中國共產黨中央軍事委員會科學技術裝備委員會（簡稱“中央軍委科裝委”）、中國人民解放軍國防科學技術委員會（簡稱“國防科委”）、國務院國防工業(yè)辦公室（簡稱“國防工辦”）合并成立中國人民解放軍國防科學技術工業(yè)委員會（同時稱中華人民共和國國防科學技術工業(yè)委員會，簡稱“國防科工委”），作為中央軍委、國務院歸口管理國防科技、國防工業(yè)的領導機構。該委員會在成立的同時設立了中國人民解放軍國防科學技術工業(yè)委員會科學技術委員會（簡稱“國防科工委科技委”），作為技術指揮系統(tǒng)的領導機構。第一任領導班子由5人組成：主任張震寰（原國防科委副主任），副主任錢學森（原國防科委副主任）、朱光亞（原國防科委副主任）、宋?。ê教旃I(yè)部副部長兼任）、葉正大（原國防工辦副主任）。
